Charlotte Speaks on the Group’s Latest Brand and ESG Strategies

Charlotte Ho, General Manager of Branding & Marketing of the Group, recently joined an exclusive interview on the Commercial Radio programme “Business Summit”. During the discussion, Charlotte highlighted the Group’s brand strategies that aimed at advancing the DB2.0 Blueprint and various sustainable initiatives. She explained how these efforts are designed to enhance the experience for both residents and visitors, while balancing the interests of both parties.
 
In line with the Discovery Bay 2.0 Blueprint, the Group is significantly enhancing the brand and community facilities. These include the renovation of the piers to bring the resort lifestyle of Discovery Bay to the city centre; upgrades to Discovery Bay Golf Club and resident clubhouse residents; and the upcoming launch of a new residential project. These efforts underscore the group’s commitment to fostering an ideal living environment.
 
Charlotte also talked about Discovery Bay, being Hong Kong’s first “Eco-friendly Community”, has implemented a variety of sustainability initiatives. Recently, the city’s first Urban Oasis was unveiled in Central Park of Discovery Bay - a stunning blossom tower designed to address the essential needs of over 50 pollinator species and enhance biodiversity.
