"Discovery Bay D'Deck Nutcracker Christmas Wonderland" - To Unveil The Kingdom of Nutcracker World

Chilly winter brings Hong Kong a Vintage Fairytale Christmas!

Santa Claus giving away Christmas gifts, people singing Christmas carols and delivering various spectacular Christmas performances in the street ---- all these tell us that Christmas is here. Enjoying food and wine with relatives and friends during gatherings, and sending the loved ones your greetings via mail are also the traditional ways to celebrate Christmas. “The Nutcracker”, the festive ballet favourite composed by Tchaikovsky in 1892, is still a delightful Christmas tradition for audiences of all ages.

This year, the largest oceanfront alfresco dining hotspot in Hong Kong – D'Deck will be transformed into a traditional European Christmas town with spectacular festive decorations. A mini European garden will be built near Discovery Bay Pier, featuring 2-metre (about 7 feet) wooden Nutcrackers, vintage street lamps, Christmas trees, an elegant arch bridge and a British postbox. Moreover, the nostalgic decorations along the D Deck waterfront promenade will help you feel like turning the clock back to the last century, giving you and your loved ones a wonderful Christmas with traditional characteristics.
