This Valentine’s Day, Shin Tanaka, the well-known Japanese origami master, has been invited by D’Deck to design a pair of bear br. (a special edition for D’Deck) using his graffiti paper-art skills. The theme is “Wish Upon the Loving Hearts”. You can stroll along the Path of Love on the promenade decorated with three heart shapes in different sizes, and make a lifelong commitment to your significant half with wishing cards to be placed on the “Loving Hearts”.

Mr Tanaka, from Fukuoka, Japan, is an innovative graffiti origami master and paper-art artist. He makes good use of curves with vivid colours and details, and combines the elements of origami and street culture to create unique paper-art pieces with strong personality. Mr Tanaka’s works are highly regarded by both Japanese media and international brands for marketing and packaging purposes, including Nike, Issey Miyake, Disney, UNIQLO, as well as Adidas’ shin-adicolor series and Rogue Status series, etc. This time, D’Deck will display a 1:300 origami bear br., designed by Mr Tanaka, at the entrance of the Wishing Promenade, which is built according to his design blueprint.
