The Board of Directors of HKR International Limited expresses great sadness that Dr Marvin Cheung Kin Tung, former Independent Non-Executive Director of HKR International Limited, passed away peacefully on 13 September 2014.
Dr Cheung was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company since September 2004. He also served as Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nomination Committee of the Company prior to his resignation on 19 August 2014.
The Board thanks Dr Cheung for his leadership, commitment and contribution to the Company during his tenure of services in the past ten years.
We extend our condolences to Dr Cheung’s family, and he will be greatly missed.
