Nourishing Mother’s Day Buffet on 13 and 14 May featuring a host of premium dishes and international cuisines for all families to enjoy. Aside from unlimited servings of fresh seafood and sashimi, a variety of heartwarming delicacies and sweets will also be prepared to satisfy the appetite of all mothers. For starters, mothers can savour flower-infused dishes prepared from fine ingredients handpicked by our chef, including
Rose Roast Pumpkin and Artichoke Salad with Boston Lobster, Lavender Osmanthus Honey Roast Chicken with Mustard Dragon Fruit Salad, Braised Baby Pork Rib with Lavender Barbecue Sauce and
Pan-seared Fillet of Salmon with Rose Tangerine Cream Sauce. These refreshing and well-balanced choices will definitely suit the taste of mothers.
The true highlight of the buffet is an array of premium nourishing dishes created to honor mothers’ unconditional love.
Bird’s nest, well-loved by women for its skin-beautifying effect, is featured in dishes such as
Sesame Eggplant and Seaweed Salad with Bird’s Nest and Spanner Crab Meat, Mushroom Vol-au-vent with Bird’s Nest, Spinach and Potato Quiche with Bird’s Nest and
Spanner Crab and Mango Pizza with Bird’s Nest. Additionally,
Chinese-style Seafood Thick Soup with Fish Maw and
Double-boiled Yacon with South Apricot Kernel and Snow Fungus are also available as a nutritious choice to pay tribute to the dedication of mothers.
