With Father’s Day approaching, Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong is delighted to present Father’s Day Buffet as an excellent option for you to express gratitude to your father over a scrumptious feast on the seaside oasis.
Café bord de Mer & Lounge will offer Father’s Day Buffet on 17 and 18 June featuring an array of delicacies to excite the palates of all fathers, including unlimited servings of fresh seafood and sashimi, as well as a range of alcohol-infused cuisines and desserts prepared just for this special occasion. For starters, our chef will incorporate the ever-popular Guinness black beer in various beef dishes such as Roasted Beef Sirloin Marinated with Dark Beer and Gherkin Salad, Grilled Beef Fillet Marinated with Beer and Australian Wagyu Beef Beer Pie.
The chef’s recommendation, Beef Beer Quesadilla is prepared live in a cooking station by filling warm tortillas with ingredients like beer-braised beef and cheddar cheese. Rich in both taste and texture, it is a must-try for guests. Other men’s favourites include Braised Sea Whelks in Spicy Herb Bouillon, Strip Loin with Garlic and Spice, Korean Beer Chili Crispy Chicken and Thai Red Duck Curry are also available to satisfy the appetite of fathers.
Our pastry chef has also designed a selection of desserts with a touch of alcohol to extend the celebration, which includes Raspberry Framboise Mousse Cake, Rum Chocolate Saffron Truffle Cake, William Pear Liquor Compote Double Vanilla Layer Cake, Caramelized Apple Cider Jelly and White Wine Poached Double Apple Compote. Guests can further enjoy Fresh Mango Custard Puff Pastry Flan, Earl Grey Tea Financier and Baked French Apple Cinnamon Tart as light treats following the feast.
In celebration of Father’s Day, guests can enjoy Guinness black beer “Buy One Get One Free Pint“ offer during Father’s Day Buffet.
