Refreshing Summer Buffet
Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong’s all-day dining restaurant, Café bord de Mer & Lounge will offer Summer Lunch and Dinner Buffet from 17 July to 29 August 2017. Aside from a host of succulent fresh seafood, our chefs have also designed a series of seasonal specialties to satisfy the palates of our guests under the hot weather. Various refreshing and colourful dishes are prepared with Del Monte tomato and fruit products, which include Pan-seared Tiger Prawns with Mango, Aloe and Tomato, Wok-fried Ostrich Fillets with Potato, Lychee and Tomato, Roasted Baby Pork Spare Ribs with Peach and Sweet and Sour Shrimps with Peach to entice the appetite of our guests. The Thirst-quenching Drinks Station offering Iced Red Bean and Iced Pineapple made on the spot is a must-visit for guests to relieve the summer heat. Moreover, guests can further indulge themselves in heat-beating treats including Mövenpick ice cream cups and a selection of fruit-based desserts, such as Mango Custard Flan, Caramelized Pineapple Skewer and Summer Berries Pudding.
