Festive Buffet
A Christmas celebration is incomplete without a feast. Café bord de Mer & Lounge will give a festive boost to its lunch and dinner buffets in the holiday season, offering a selection of fresh seafood ranging from Boston lobsters, Snow Crab Legs, French Blue Mussels, Australian Spanner Crab to Hokkaido Scallops, as well as sumptuous dishes including Herbs Marinated Strip Rib Eye, Roast Racks of Lamb, Boston Lobster and Crab Meat Pot Rice. All-time classic Roast Turkey, Festive Orange Duck and not-to-be-missed Christmas desserts will be presented to stimulate the appetite of every guest.

Countdown Party

A Countdown Party will be held at The Bounty Entertainment & Sports Bar on 31 December for guests to party on and countdown to 2019 in a lively and vibrant atmosphere. Guests can enjoy 3 hours unlimited flow of sparkling wine, house wine, beer, soft drinks and snacks from 10pm to 1am. Don’t miss out our Live Band show and feel the real atmosphere of music. Originally priced at HK$668* per guest, an early bird offer price of HK$568* is applicable to those who book on or before 21 December.

Festive Celebrations
In celebration of the joyful season this year, an elaborately decorated Christmas tree will take the centre stage in the hotel’s lobby, while sparking and colourful decorations will also adorn the interiors and exteriors of the hotel to create a full festive ambiance. On Christmas day, a Christmas-themed European Horse-drawn Carriage will make appearance in front of the hotel’s seaside White Chapel from 11am to 12pm for a photo-taking session. A Countdown Party will be held on the night of 31 December from 10pm to 1am, transforming the hotel’s lobby into a dance floor for all guests to enjoy themselves while dancing to party music played by DJ. As the clock ticks down to 2019, a spectacular balloon drop will take place to mark the beginning of a new year. Guests can take part in a balloon guessing game on the spot to stand a chance to win prizes including one-night hotel accommodation, buffet for two at Café bord de Mer  & Lounge and a session of the Short & Sweet Horse-Drawn Carriage Ride.
