Summer Buffet
Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong’s all-day dining restaurant, Café bord de Mer & Lounge will offer Summer Lunch and Dinner Buffets from 12 July to 1 September 2019. Our chefs have designed a series of seasonal specialties to satisfy the palates of our guests under the hot weather, including Stewed Lamb Leg with Stout Beer and Herb Sauce, Spicy Sautéed Lobster Claws with Crispy Fried Garlic, Roasted Lamb Rack with Anise Herb Sauce and Singaporean Style Braised King Prawn Pad Thai in Spicy Sauce to entice the appetite of our guests. In addition, guests can further indulge themselves in a selection of fruit-based desserts, such as South Asian Durian Sponge Mousse Cake, Beetroot Custard Tartlet and Passion Fruit Panna Cotta.

Café bord de Mer & Lounge will also offer Summer Afternoon Tea Set from now until 31 August, presenting eye-pleasing savoury and sweet treats inspired by a variety of fresh fruits, including Avocado Salmon Tart, Baked Mango Pear Filo Roll, Passion Fruit Crème brûlée, Guava Compote Mascarpone Cheese Cake and Chocolate Cookie Milk Cup. Fun Summer Activities
To extend the summer fun this year, Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong will arrange a series of summer activities. Hop on the amazing Horse-drawn Carriage for a memorable experience with family at just HK$300, also meet the horses would be a special experience for kids.
