In celebration of Mid-Autumn Festival this year, Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong will present a 3-day celebration with festive feast, celebratory activities and room packages, as well as outdoor celebration on the seaside terrace on the day of Mid-Autumn Festival and its following day. Guests are invited to enjoy a warm and fun celebration with their families in this traditional festival that celebrates the harvest and values family togetherness.
  
Mid-Autumn Festival Buffets
Café bord de Mer & Lounge will present Mid-Autumn Festival Lunch and Dinner Buffets from 13 to 15 September. Apart from the all-time-favourite seafood and sashimi, a variety of sumptuous cuisines such as Chirashi Sushi Bowl, Fried Salty Egg Yolk Shrimp with Oatmeal and Roasted Pork Ribs with Lemongrass and Kumquat Honey. Japanese Oden, Live stations of Seafood Poke Bowl, Japanese Ramen and Tempura are available to extend the overloaded joy. To celebrate the traditional harvest festival, our chef has specially designed a selection of desserts that are prepared with Mid-Autumn festival seasonal ingredients, such as Mid-Autumn Festival Bird’s Nest in Glass with Lotus seed and Snow Fungus, Mid-Autumn Festival Persimmon Jelly, as well as Calamansi Coconut Cake to give a festive boost to the buffet spread. What's more, traditional Mid-Autumn Festival Sweetened Ginger Brown Sugar Soup with Glutinous Rice Dumpling and Moon Cakes are served to round off their festive twist.

Snowy Mooncake and Glutinous Rice Dumpling Making Workshops are available during 13 to 14 September at Café Lounge. Priced at HK$120* per person, celebrate with your family by making your own treats. Celebratory activities
Guests are entitled to enjoy moon gazing, which is a symbolic tradition to celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival from 13 to 14 September at Café bord de Mer & Lounge's outdoor seaside terrace. To heighten the festive atmosphere, glowing kid's tents will be placed on the terrace for moon gazing, as well as for kids to have fun inside. A series of fun games will also be arranged to share Chinese traditional collective memories for families, including DIY Lantern, Chinese Marble Challenge, Lantern Riddles and Bouncy Castle.  

Autumn Afternoon Tea
Café bord de Mer & Lounge will offer Autumn Afternoon Tea Set from 1 September to 30 November, presenting strawberry-scented pink treats. The set features eye-pleasing sweeties such as Strawberry Custard Vol au vent, Strawberry Yogurt Cheese Pâtisserie and British Strawberry Trifle, as well as mouth-watering savoury delights including Smoked Salmon Sandwich Stick with Avocado Cream and Seafood Tart. Each Set is priced at HK$328* for two persons and each guest is served with complimentary brewed coffee or scented tea.

A Complimentary Snowy Mooncake or Glutinous Rice Dumpling Making Workshop is offered during 13 to 14 September 2019.
