HKR International Limited (“the Company”) announced today the annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) for the financial year ended 31 March 2020 (“the year”).

Driven by higher contributions from property development and investment segments, the Group’s underlying profits (excluding net unrealised gains in fair value of investment properties) for the year reached HK$1,142.1 million, compared to HK$775.7 million in 2018/2019. Turnover for the year was HK$4,696.5 million, as compared with HK$3,844.0 million in 2018/2019. Profit attributable to shareholders for the year was HK$1,624.6 million, compared with HK$2,206.9 million in 2018/2019. The basic earnings per share was HK109.4 cents, compared with HK148.6 cents in the previous year. As at 31 March 2020, the net asset value attributable to shareholders of the Company stood at HK$22,067.4 million (HK$14.9 per share), as compared with HK$21,300.4 million (HK$14.3 per share) in 2018/2019.

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of HK7 cents per share for the year. Together with the interim dividend of HK5 cents per share, the total dividend amounts to HK12 cents per share for the year. In 2018/2019, a total dividend of HK10 cents per share was paid to shareholders.
