Upon the mall’s grand opening, HKRI Taikoo Hui already welcomed the only Starbucks Reserve® Roastery in mainland China. Since HKRI Taikoo Hui 2.0 Upgrade commenced in 2022, the project has partnered with numerous prestigious brands to curate themed retail spaces, including DIOR Beauty flagship store, China’s largest Zimmermann flagship store and BALENCIAGA flagship store, the world’s first-ever Zegna Caffè, IWC’s concept store, and the first Harrods Tea Room in China.

Uphold Investment Plan in Premium Residential Projects in Yangtze River Delta Region
HKRI continues to advance its strategic presence in the Yangtze River Delta through a dual-track approach, focusing on the development of high-end commercial properties and premium residential projects.
