Mr Mike Wang is appointed as General Manager - Business Development & Marketing, succeeding as Ms Violet Lam who will retire from her current position effective 1 May 2025. Violet has played a significant role in the Company’s  business growth and sales and marketing effort. The Group would like to thank Violet for her valuable contribution over 25 years and we wish her all the best on her retirement. 

Going forward, Mike will lead the core functions of Business Development and Sales & Marketing in mainland China, while expanding his responsibilities to include Hong Kong and the Southeast Asia regions. Additionally, he will take on a leadership role in driving our new line of business, Light Asset Management, which will further strengthen the Group diversified portfolios.

Mike was graduated from the University of Toronto with his bachelor degree of Arts in Management. He has over 20 years of experience in the property development industry focused in the PRC markets. We look forward to working with Mike and driving the Group's future development together.
