ViuTV’s latest drama, “City of Light”, was aired from 26 May to 20 Jun on Channel 99. Featuring a stellar cast, including Edan Lui @MIRROR, Adam Pak, Tse Kwan Ho, Fish Liew, Dee Ho @ERROR, and Florica Lin, the series centre on the convergence of traditional pawnshop culture and contemporary finance. Through the rise and fall of a long-established pawnshop, it offers a compelling depiction of the evolution of Hong Kong’s economic landscape and the intricacies of human relationships. 

Several of our flagship properties were prominently featured in the production. Key locations included our garden house and CLUB LUCCA of VILLA LUCCA, an exclusive low-density seaview luxury residential development on Tai Po mid-levels. In Discovery Bay, multiple locations were showcased as well, such as Poggibonsi - a seaview luxury residence, Auberge Discovery Bay Hong Kong, The Pavilion and DB North Plaza.

As the plot unfolds, the leisurely, dynamic, and luxurious facets of Discovery Bay and VILLA LUCCA are gradually revealed to the large audience.
