We are delighted to present the Group’s 2024/25 Annual Report, which highlights key milestones and our future outlook across our businesses in Asia.
The DB 2.0 Blueprint achieved notable progress in FY2025. The new residential development in DB North will deliver over 1.3 million sq. ft. of GFA, creating more than 1,400 units. The progress of DB 2.0 is further enhanced by diverse hospitality offerings, the launch of the DB Mobile App and a series of vibrant events, which have improved residents’ and visitors’ experience.
In mainland China, the Group continued to strengthen its presence in the Yangtze River Delta, with 90% units of our luxury residential project “River One” in Songjiang District, Shanghai sold. “Sienna One” in Jiaxing is scheduled for launch later this year. The opening of the HKRI Corporate Gallery in Shanghai has further reinforced the Group's brand presence.
Our Shanghai mixed-use commercial flagship project HKRI Taikoo Hui (“HTH”) continues to strengthen its position as a premier luxury and lifestyle destination and to refine luxury-brand tenant mix. The grand opening of Louis Vuitton’s new concept store at HTH underscores our status as a top-tier destination for discerning shoppers.
Amid the unprecedented global economic challenges, the Group is fully geared to elevate its flagship projects, and explore investment prospects in the property and hospitality sectors. With the adoption of a light-asset approach, the Group continues to solidify its position as a premium residential developer.
