HKRI Taikoo Hui Achieves Five-star Rating in GRESB

HKRI Taikoo Hui, the Group’s Shanghai flagship project, has proudly earned the highest Five-star rating in the 2025 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) for the first time.

In the GRESB rating, HKRI Taikoo Hui achieved full scores in “Social” and “Governance” categories and an impressive score in “Environmental” category. These results placed the project second in “Mixed Use: Office/Retail in China”. Notably, its exemplary management performance secured its top position among 383 projects across Asia.

HKRI Taikoo Hui was also recognised with four titles in the “Mixed-use” category, namely Global Sector Leader, Global Sector Leader (Non-listed), Regional Sector Leader and Regional Sector Leader (Non-listed).

GRESB is a global standard for evaluating the ESG performance of real estate and infrastructure assets, widely recognised by real estate funds, developers and investors. As of 2024, over 150 global institutional investors reference GRESB data, with participation spanning more than 80 countries and regions.

Since its opening, HKRI Taikoo Hui has consistently integrated sustainability into its planning, operations, energy efficiency and ecological stewardship. This top-tier GRESB honour reaffirms its strategic visions and global recognition among peers.
