The Group holds a piece of residential land in Niseko, Hokkaido close to the Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area, measuring a total site area of approximately 60,700 square metres as land bank. The site is about 10 minutes away from renowned ski slopes and commands a stunning view of Mt. Yotei. A project study is now underway.
