The Group acquired a premium land lot for residential use in Jiaxing Economic and Technological Development Zone (Land Lot No. 2017-28) in December 2017. The land is in close proximity to the Shijiuyang wetland with a gross floor area of approximately 33,000 square metres and a plot ratio of 1.8. The site will be developed into a prestigious residential project with about 200 low-rise apartments.
